Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any service with us. By confirming a booking you agree to the following conditions.

Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website. Walk-ins are not accepted. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your slot being given to another client. We will always do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee this.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be required to pay a deposit before any future bookings are accepted.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean, fully dry, and detangled hair. Hair that is dirty, wet, or not properly detangled will add significant time to your appointment and may result in a surcharge or rescheduling.

For sew-in appointments specifically, hair must be completely dry. We will not install on wet hair under any circumstances as this can lead to mildew and long-term damage to your natural hair.

Children's Appointments

We welcome young clients. However, we ask that all children are able to sit still for the duration of their appointment. Parents or guardians must remain present at all times.

If a child is unable to sit still and this affects the quality or safety of the service, we reserve the right to pause or end the appointment.

Hair & Products

All extension hair used in braiding and sew-in services must be purchased in advance and brought to your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We do not supply extension hair as standard.

We use professional-grade products on all clients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Payments

Payment is collected in full at the salon on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and bank transfer. We do not currently accept card payments in-studio.

Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will pay.

Satisfaction & Complaints

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please raise it with us before leaving the salon. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

We are unable to offer refunds on completed services, but we will always work with you to make it right where possible.

Photography & Social Media

We love to celebrate our work. By attending an appointment, you consent to us photographing the final result and sharing it on our social media platforms. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your appointment.
