Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. To be eligible for a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your booking, a 50% refund will be issued. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds, though you may reschedule subject to availability.
Certain services and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes booking fees, service charges, and processing fees which are deducted at the time of booking. Special promotions, discounted packages, and flash sale bookings are also non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gift certificates and vouchers cannot be refunded for cash but may be transferred to another person. No-show appointments (where you fail to attend without prior cancellation) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Custom or personalized services that have already been prepared or initiated are not eligible for refunds.
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, staff unavailability, or force majeure events, you will receive a full refund including all fees. We will notify you immediately via email and phone if a cancellation is necessary. You will also be offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date and time at no additional cost. In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel services and will work with you to find a suitable alternative or process a full refund. Once your refund request is approved, processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds may appear on your statement within 7-14 business days, while PayPal and digital wallet refunds are usually faster, processing within 3-5 business days. Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
